45 seconds option for "if destination does not answer"
It seems like CallRail begins counting the seconds for destination not to answer from when the call is placed and includes the time the caller spends on the menu (based on recordings), and 30 seconds is a bit too short in that case, but 60 seconds (the next denomination) is too long. I'd like more seconds options between the 30 and 60 :)
