Automatic Texting Capability
Hi there,
I wanted to check if this workflow is possible within CallRail. I have a landing page built in Unbounce that collects leads, including phone numbers. When a new lead submits the form, I’d like CallRail to automatically send that person a text message confirming we received their information (for example, “Thanks for reaching out! Someone from our team will contact you shortly.”).
Is there a way to set this up directly in CallRail, or would I need to use a third-party integration like Zapier or webhooks to make it happen?

P.S. We are already signed up for CallRail's form capture and text messaging capability.

Hey Caleb! Julia, Product Marketing Manager for Messaging @CallRail here. Thanks for the feedback. You are unfortunately correct that currently a third-party integration like Zapier or webhooks would be needed to make a form fill generate an automated text. But, I have added this is a feature request and we have already been discussing doing something similar in the future! I'll be sure to follow up as we have more refined timelines etc.
We have a client who is requesting automatically scheduled texts each time a prospect requests a tour (like an appointment reminder) but we do not currently have this capability. This is not exactly the same thing you are requesting but is under the same umbrella.
