Create an option to list Text Conversations by "Most Recent Text" date.
I just learned that text conversations are no longer divided by days, but remain open until 2.5 days of inactivity. But in the web view, text conversations are listed by "Conversation Start". This means that if we text with a customer on Wednesday at 12:00pm, and they send a follow up on Friday at 12:00pm, the latest (Friday) messages show up in the list of Text Conversations with the date of Wednesday. And there is nothing to mark the conversations as having a "new message". How are we to be sure to look back at 2.5 days conversations to see if there are any new messages? This is inefficient. The mobile app shows all conversations in the order of most recent messages, so you see a conversation show up back at the tops of the list because there's a new message. The web app should work the same way. If I'm set to see all text conversations going on "Today", that should show me any conversation - new or with any activity today. It was suggested that we use the "email notification" option to know when new messages have arrived, but why should I have to monitor an entirely differet app to find out that I have to go looking for a message in CallRail, if I already have CallRail open?

Hey Rob, Julia here, Product Marketing Manager for the messaging capabilities. I am curious if you are using the text log or the Lead Center app for that view. If you log into the Messaging inbox (which all CallRail customers now have access too), it is sorted by the most recent text, including outbound messages. We did recently add an unread filter so you can see just your unread text leads. Let me know if that helps or you have other questions!
