Seeing message "We're waiting for someone to approve your trial." for two weeks already

Seeing this message for two weeks already:

"We detected unusual activity on this account during the sign-up process. We are reviewing your account for approval and may contact you for more information. Thank you for your patience."

Sent 3 letters to the support time. No response. Nothing. The customer service is just awful.
