Sending 3rd Part Chat Data To CallRail

Hi there, I have an interest in sending 3rd party chat transcripts to CallRail along with some attribution data like gclids. I’m wondering what the best way to go about this would be. Is there a chat type? Do I send it in as form data? What are other customers doing for this?

    Hey Hunter! After reviewing this, I don't believe there's a way to import 3rd party data directly to CallRail, but an API implementation could support your needs.

    Your workflow for 3rd party transcript submissions can be supported by sending that transcript via fields in the form submission API to that lead's record.
