Block users submitting forms based off specific domain names

Goal: To implement a native feature that allows blocking form submissions based on specific email domains (e.g., @spam-domain.com or generic public domains if needed).

Currently, we can only block individual users/emails, which is an "after-the-fact" reactive measure. For professional lead generation, we need more proactive control for the following reasons:

  • Significant Spam Reduction: A large portion of bot and manual spam comes from specific, recurring domains. Blocking them at the domain level would drastically clean up our database.

  • Improved Lead Quality & Control: This feature would allow us to filter out low-quality submissions or competitors' domains, ensuring that only relevant leads reach our CRM and sales team.

  • Reduced Manual Cleanup: Instead of blocking hundreds of individual addresses, a single domain rule would save hours of administrative work.

This update would be a great improvement for platform security and data integrity. Looking forward to seeing this in the roadmap & development
