Possible to import form submission into CallRail from Zapier or 3rd party source?

Hi there, I have a chat provider that can send lead data via webhook to Zapier.  I'm wondering if there is a way for me to send data into CallRail as a form submission via Zapier.  Right now it seems like most of the available integration types are built to send notifications and call data out of CallRail but I would like to send data INTO CallRail.  How do I go about that?
