Using the Community
If this is your first time using the CallRail Community, here are some quick tips!
Before beginning, you'll want to create an account by clicking Sign In in the upper right-hand corner.
How do I view my support tickets?
Click your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner. Then select My Activities.
This will bring you to a page showing your recent ticket requests, including any made by your organization.
How do I see what posts I follow?
On the same page as above (My activities), you can select the tab Following to see a list of posts you’ve selected to follow.
How do I edit My Profile?
Since the community uses single sign on with your CallRail login, whichever email you are signed into CallRail with is the email in your profile. The profile picture pulls from the email account being used. Unfortunately, neither of these can be changed. However, you can add a description and an alias by going to My Profile and selecting Edit Profile.
How do I earn badges?
Every new community member is awarded the Bronze Novice badge.
Complete the new member quest, and you’ll be awarded the Silver Rising Star badge. Comment on another's post or create your own and follow at least one topic.
Answering someone’s community post question correctly will earn you a Great Answers badge.
Posting or commenting on another's post in the community 5 times will earn you a Gold Expert badge.
Posting or commenting on another's post in the community 10 times will earn you a Platinum Master badge.
You can view your badges by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner and selecting My profile.
How can I submit community specific feedback?
If you have any Community specific feedback, questions, or concerns, complete the form below, and someone from our team will review the information. Keep in mind, this is for Community specific comments. Any product specific questions or concerns should be directed to the corresponding Community topic or Support team.
Prior to commenting or posting in the community, please review the Guidelines here.
