Lead Center toggle between text threads and calls

After I've selected a contact (on the left hand side) I would like to more easily view text threads. Right now the only way is to click on "more interactions" and then scroll through and find the last outbound or inbound text interaction. Maybe toggle between texts and previous calls or something. 

Viewing all interactions in one place can be valuable from a management perspective but when interacting with a contact it would be nice to easily/quickly toggle between texts and making a call.

  • Hey Ben! Thank you for your suggestion. I will make sure this feature is submitted to our product team. Make sure you follow this post for any updates our team might be able to provide. 

    I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but you can filter your interactions to only include texts or calls. This will not apply to a contact once you click on it to view, but it will at least filter your interactions in your inbox.
