Kissmetrics helps you acquire and retain customers by tracking and analyzing your website visits. CallRail's integration with Kissmetrics provides data on what page or actions prompts visitors to call your business.
Getting started
To match visitor’s sessions with calls, this integration requires:

Visitor tracking and your JavaScript snippet installed on your website

Your Kissmetrics API key from your Kissmetrics account
CallRail’s integration with Kissmetrics is at the company level. Each company in your account will need the integration enabled.
Integrating with Kissmetrics

Click the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.

Choose the company you would like to integrate with Kissmetrics.

Click Integrations at the top of the page.

Choose Kissmetrics from the list of integrations.

Enter your Kissmetrics API key. You can find this key on your settings page in Kissmetrics.

Click Save to activate your integration.
YourCallRail data in Kissmetrics
Phone calls appear in Kissmetrics as a “Called in” event. These events show alongside your website visitor’s other events, such as web page views.
Deactivating Kissmetrics integration
Deactivating this integration will prevent phone calls from reporting in your Kissmetrics account. We will save your integration credentials in case you reactivate your integration again.

Click the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.

Click Settings at the top of the page.

Choose the company where you would like to deactivate the integration.

Click Integrations at the top of the page.

Choose Kissmetrics from the list of integrations.

Select Deactivate Integration on the right side of the page.
