Kissmetrics integration

Kissmetrics tracks and analyzes visitors to your website so you can better understand how to acquire new customers, retain current customers, and grow your business. CallRail’s integration with Kissmetrics gives you the data you need to see what page or action prompts your website visitors to call your business.

Getting started

In order to match visitor’s sessions with calls, this integration requires:

- Visitor tracking and your JavaScript snippet installed on your website

- Your Kissmetrics API key from your Kissmetrics account

Phone calls appear in Kissmetrics as a “Called in” event. These events show alongside your website visitor’s other events, such as web page views.

Disabling Kissmetrics integration

Disabling a company's Kissmetrics integration will prevent your phone calls from reporting in your Kissmetrics account. We'll keep your integration credentials saved in case you'd like to reactivate your integration in the future.

  1. Click the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.

  2. Click Settings at the top of the page.

  3. Choose the company where you'd like to disable the integration.

  4. Click Integrations at the top of the page.

  5. Choose Kissmetrics from the list of integrations.

  6. Select Disable Integration on the right side of the page.
