Ability To Add Call Values In Bulk Or From The Main Call Screen

Every month I go through a conversion adjustments exercise which requires assigning values to leads.  As lead volume has increased it has become very cumbersome to have to manually click into each call and assign the value within the individual call.  I would like to request a feature to have the ability to assign call values either in bulk via a multi select or from the main app.callrail/com/analytics screen.

    Hey Hunter.

    I will submit this request to our product team! In the meantime, using the "View results one at a time" feature might speed up this process for you. You will find this option below the graph on the call logs page.

    This will at least cut out the extra steps of having to click into and back out of each call when assigning values.

  • I second this feature.  Would be great to be able to add the call value form the main activity page.   Would save a ton of time.

  • Hello Summit and thanks for your input. This certainly would be a great feature and I understand the use case for it. I'll let our Product team know this has been requested again. In the meantime, the best way to add a value is to open the Timeline for the individual call. I've attached a screenshot below. We'll keep you updated with new product developments and always appreciate your feedback.
