How do we widen the columns?

Is there a way to widen the columns in the dashboard? For example, I want to see the entire url of the landing page someone came from, but it's cut off and I don't see a way to widen the columns :(

Hello Dean! Thank you for posting in Community!

    To answer your question:

    • We can adjust the columns displayed in the log by going into the "Edit Columns" option in the activity log where you can select exactly what options show up on the dashboard. (Sometimes with the landing pages being longer, this may be a good idea so you can see the full address. ) There are a lot of options that can show on the activity dashboard so we give this option so you can choose the most important information you want to show.

Here is a screenshot giving an example of what the options look like:

    • If you do not wish to reduce the columns in the view there is also an "export" option to the right of the "edit columns" button. This will allow you to export your call log into Excel, which will allow you to adjust your column sizes.

If you have any ideas for another way to adjust the columns from the dashboard we are always happy to hear our customers' suggestions and I will be glad to relay that information to our development team. Thank you so much! Let me know if you have more questions!

  • I'd like to be able to widen the column from the dashboard itself. Something as simple and dragging the column with my mouse. I'm on an ultrawide screen and it's hard to see the entire landing page url without having to severely reduce the number of metrics. I think I have to reduce it down to 5 metrics in order to view the entire url.

  • Hi Dean,

I understand the need for this function. I am going to submit a feature request to our development team to inform them of how this would be helpful. Thank you for your input and suggestions!
