Call Tags - auto tag spam calls
We are trying to see where all our spam calls come from. Wondering if we can auto tag linked to numbers or certain customers for return callers?

Although we do not have a current feature to auto-tag spam calls specifically, a call flow could be utilized with a Menu Step and tag step applied. Within the Menu step, you can select the "Does nothing" option and then insert a tag step for Spam. If the caller contacts one of your tracking numbers, and upon the Menu options being provided, they do not select an option, the call would then be tagged. This could effectively help with narrowing down and categorizing spam calls by tags as most robocallers will not select from your menu options.
We also have spam filters that can be updated to more effectively combat spam. Although this will not tag suspected spam calls, once a call has been challenged or blocked by our spam prevention measures, it will be moved to your Rejected calls report. Here you will be able to see a list of all spam, challenged, and rejected calls received by your tracking numbers which will help to determine where the bulk of spam calls may be coming from.
