We would like to have the ability to have an audit log to view changes made within an account and who made them. This would help us tremendously when tracking down any issues that come up.

Agreed, there was an adjustment made to our integration that was left incomplete and we have no way of knowing who made this change. It would be beneficial to understanding more about internal changes, especially when there may be several entities working under the same CallRail.

At this time, a comprehensive audit log feature is not available within the customer-facing side of the platform. However, I can see exactly how much value this would provide for your workflow.
