Automation Rules

Why does Automation Rules not show up in my CallRail account when looking at workflows?

    Happy to provide some clarity here! Automation Rules is included within our Conversation Intelligence feature. You can manage your plan by following the steps outlined HERE

    Once added, you will be able to access Automation Rules under the workflow page of your account.
