Separate custom greeting for Caller and Recipient
Is there a way to customize an audio file for the Caller's greeting DIFFERENTLY than the Recipient's greeting? I'd love have the caller hear "thanks for calling, this call may be recorded..." and then have the recipient hear "you're receiving a call regarding XYZ thing, this call may be recorded"
We can accomplish this with the robot speaking some text, but it's not friendly and of course the robot voice doesn't sound great all the time.

Happy to provide some clarity! You can achieve this by recording your own custom greeting and applying it to a single tracking number or placing it within a call flow. Steps to complete this can be found HERE via this helpful support article. This will allow the caller to hear the greeting you have created.
You can then use the Whisper Message feature within your tracking number call option settings, which is what the recipient of the call will here upon answering. Unfortunately, at this time, a custom recording cannot being applied here, however, you can input the text you would like for the recipient to hear upon answering the call.

I'm not actually requesting a custom caller (incoming) greeting, I'm talking about a custom recipient (outgoing) greeting.
So, for our case, incoming caller hears "this call may be recorded..." and the outgoing forwarding/destination recipient hears "you are receiving a lead from XYZ, this call will be recorded..."
Today you only support a robot reading text for a outgoing recipient whisper.

Thank you for the additional information and detail! Unfortunately, at this time, custom recordings cannot be applied to whisper messages. However, I agree that this could be a great improvement!
