CallRail Setting Reset: Add User Phone # to User profile like before LeadCenter launched in 2021

I'm preparing for the Lead Center sunset on Jan 26, so I've been reviewing the app before my end users go back.
I remember using the callrail app prior to lead center and back then the user phone # was associated to their user profile at setup. Now instead, we have 2 difficult steps for updates and end user experience:
1) admins have to collect phone #s and manually recall each users' phone # to make schedule updates in workflows. You used to be able to just select the User's name, which contained the phone #, and callrail forwarded the calls to that phone.
2)end users now need to add their phone # when making a call or sending a text. I believe it's just the first attempt, but still, unnecessary if their account contained their phone #.
I'd like to see this be updated before the sunset to help admins and users adapt to the new/old system more easily.
