MoveRight is business management software used by moving and relocation companies to manage a job from first call to final payment. Connecting MoveRight to CallRail lets you automatically turn calls and texts into MoveRight leads and gives your team instant context for returning callers, so no lead falls through the cracks, and every call starts with the full picture.
Before You Begin
- An active MoveRight account with permission to manage integrations in MoveRight.
- A CallRail account with permission to manage integrations.
- At least one Company and Tracker set up in CallRail and in use in your advertising, so calls and texts can be matched to leads.
- Voice Assist must be enabled on your account if you want real-time caller context when a known customer calls back. This is separate from lead creation and is not required to use that half of the integration.
Connect MoveRight
- Log in to your CallRail account and go to the Integrations tab.
- Find MoveRight in the list of integrations and select Connect.
- Enter your MoveRight account email and password, then select Save. CallRail uses this once to establish a secure connection and does not store your password.
- CallRail checks that the connection works before turning it on. If it can't verify the connection, double-check your MoveRight email and password and try again.
Once connected, the integration is active with no further setup required. Make sure the tracking number you use in your ads, website, or listings is set up as a Tracker in CallRail, so calls and texts to that number can be matched to a MoveRight lead.
Data
The MoveRight integration works in real time in both directions. There is no batch or scheduled sync.
Sending information to MoveRight (new leads)
When a call or text comes in to a Tracker, CallRail looks up the caller in MoveRight by phone, then by email. If a matching customer is found, CallRail updates that record. Otherwise, CallRail creates a new customer and a lead in MoveRight.
| CallRail Information | MoveRight Field | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Caller or texter's name | Name | Split into first and last name where possible |
| Caller or texter's phone number | Phone | Matched against the 10-digit number on file |
| Caller or texter's email address | Only sent if CallRail has an email on file | |
| Caller or texter's city and state | Origin address | Required for MoveRight to resolve a service area. If missing, a new lead may not be created |
| Marketing source (ad or campaign) | Referral source | Shows where the lead came from |
| Call or text summary | Customer notes | Included when available |
Receiving information from MoveRight (Voice Assist)
If Voice Assist is enabled and a known caller calls back, CallRail retrieves that customer's MoveRight record and active jobs in real time, including contact details, company, job stage, move date, origin and destination, and estimated job value. This information is read from MoveRight only. CallRail does not permanently store it.
Troubleshooting
A new lead didn't appear in MoveRight
Check that CallRail has the caller's city and state on file. MoveRight requires this information to determine the service area before creating a new lead.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does CallRail store my MoveRight password?
No. CallRail uses your MoveRight email and password once to establish a secure connection. It is not stored.
How often does information sync between CallRail and MoveRight?
Both directions happen in real time: when a call or text comes in, and when a repeat caller calls back. There is no batch or scheduled sync.
Do I need Voice Assist to use this integration?
No. Lead creation works on its own. Voice Assist adds real-time caller context when a known customer calls back, and can be enabled separately.
