Transcript intelligence allows you to read entire conversations between your team and customers by transcribing your calls.
Bulk configuring AI features allows you to set up Convert Assist and Premium Conversation Intelligence for multiple companies in your account at once.
Getting started
Call recording must be enabled on tracking numbers where you'd like to transcribe calls. The accuracy of your transcription is dependent upon call quality.
If you'd like to set up AI features for one company, you can use the instructions in this article instead.
Activate AI features for multiple companies
Set up Transcript intelligence in bulk to quickly change settings in multiple companies and apply a configuration for all future companies in your account.
- Select the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.
- Choose the company you'd like to access.
- Select Workflow at the top of the page.
- Choose AI features from the Manage header on the left.
- Select the companies where you'd like to activate AI features by using the checkbox to the left of their name.
- Select Bulk configure.
- on the bulk configuration screen select the following:
- Choose to enable All AI features or specific ones
- Choose to apply AI features on all calls or ones that meet a chosen set of parameters
- If you choose to score specific calls, choose the criteria for calls that will be scored by using the drop-down menu underneath the column for that criteria.
- If you choose to score specific calls, choose the criteria for calls that will be scored by using the drop-down menu underneath the column for that criteria.
- Choose any personally identifiable information (PII) to redact if desired.
- Select Update.
Please note: This configuration will overwrite any existing configurations for each company you've selected.
Deactivate Transcript intelligence for multiple companies
You can also bulk deactivate Transcript intelligence for multiple companies in your account.
- Select the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.
- Choose the company you'd like to access.
- Select Workflow at the top of the page.
- Choose AI features from the Manage header on the left.
- Select the companies where you'd like to deactivate AI features by using the checkbox to the left of their name.
- Select Bulk configure.
- Select Deactivate all to remove these features from your selected companies.
