CallRail's transcript intelligence presents entire conversations between your team and customers via text.
Calls can be transcribed in English as well as several other supported languages. Having transcriptions in non-English languages increases your business reach while keeping costs down. It also can strengthen customer relationships with non-English speakers.
Getting started
Multi-language transcription is on by default for accounts with Transcript intelligence enabled. The accuracy of your transcription is dependent upon call quality.
CallRail begins transcribing in a non-English language once it is detected for 50 seconds. For example, if the call starts in English, but the majority of the call is in Spanish, we will transcribe that call in Spanish.
