Allow Admins to Downgrade user settings
Currently admins can only increase a users access, but there's no option to reduce or downgrade a user's settings in callrail. You have to delete the user and set them up again which is tedious and unnecessary.
Admins should be able to increase and decrease user access, or even better allow which features, like reporting or callflow access and lead center and teams view using more specifically, or even create their own custom roles for users. That's fairly ubiquitous across CRM and custom reporting tools
