Text or email alerts
Hello. I am checking to see if there is a feature we can set-up with each CallRail number that could send a text or an email to the main contact once the call was completed. Ultimately want them notified with a message like: "you have just received a call from this phone number XXXXXXXXXXX. The caller initiated the call from our retailer locator directly to your location." I know there is a text feature for the customers to contact companies through the CallRail number.

Thank you for posting in the community. Unfortunately, no feature currently sends a text message after a call is completed. However, we have calls and text notifications that can be emailed. On the Workflow pages, it would be very helpful to have the ability to at least send an email that shows the phone number that called and has details about the call in the body of the email (call summary, transcription included, etc). We can put a phone number to forward the call to in a Workflow, it would make sense to have the ability to send call details to an email address in a Workflow too. I can't believe that's not already a current feature? Seems like a no brainer. 🤔

Currently, the closest feature we have to this is the Conversation Intelligence option. A notification email can be set up to alert a user on the account of the call and it will show the transcript preview with transcription keywords and allow you to click on a link that will pull up the full interaction.
I will forward your suggestion to our Product Development team regarding this as I definitely see the need. Thank you!
