Please add an option to alert administrators of any alerts that appear on the dashboard. Many use the intergrations only and dont see the alerts unless logging in.
Thank you for this feedback! Could you provide a little more detail on what specific alerts you'd be most interested in getting notified about via email?
In the meantime, here's some info on integrations alerts and email notifications you can set up today. We would love to hear more! I invite other users to comment their thoughts as well.

I'd like to second this, this is feedback I've been providing for years. Particularly when the 10DLC updates came out, the company account was flagged and blocked but I had no idea until specific users who use the desktop version instead of LC on their mobile device let me know that they had a red text warning about being blocked from sending and receiving texts.
Prior to that, we had issues when we had 30+ agents texting across 15+ companies. That volume triggered something and the LC/CR platform would block us from texting during our busy season. Again, the platform didn't warn me, end users did, which delayed us in resolving this issue with the support team and getting the access we needed swiftly.
Please allow admins to receive email notifications for any issues, or errors, that would impact end users' access to systems features and enabled processes. In-app notifications are not sufficient since admins are not often end users and do not login unless they are troubleshooting or setting up company automation. Account issues should come from the platform, not end users.
Hi Brianna Weaver I think the requirement is very clear, @... makes the case very well too.
ANY alert that appears in the account needs to be pinged out by email. Integrations alerts and email notifications has nothing to do with this, please don't confuse matters.
In my case it was a tracking number pool exceeded limit issue. This could have been severly impacting our tracking, which we had no idea about. We don't use the front end console, certainly not the administrators. The issue was resolved in 10 minutes on the phone to support but we really should have had an email about it. This is very basic functionality relative to the sophisticated features provided by CallRail.
We send any time-sensitive, account related emails (like 10DLC) to account administrators contact emails. I am working with your account rep to review your account and confirm that you will be alerted appropriately.
Thank you so much for the details on the specific alert you were looking for, and for confirming that you did want these alerts sent via email. I’m happy to let you know that our team is planning to release this very type of alert in about a month! All admins would be automatically alerted via email when we detect numbers are swapping too quickly or haven’t swapped enough within a certain time period.
A quick note on alerts for errors related to integrations:
Emailed alerts for integration errors are automatically set up for the user who activated the integration, but you can create an integration alert email to be sent to any other user using these instructions. I can see that having a toggle that allows the user to turn on alerts for all admins when activating an integration would be helpful, so I will pass along that feedback to our product team.

Thank you both for the additional detail.
