You can change a company’s time zone at any time to ensure your call log and reports reflect the time zone of the company you’re working in.
- Click the Account icon in the top left, then select Account Settings.
- Select All Companies from the left menu.
- Find the company you'd like to edit. Click the gear icon, then select Edit Company.
- From the Time Zone drop-down menu, select your preferred time zone.
- Click Update Company to save your changes.
How CallRail uses time zones
Each company in CallRail has its own time zone. If you have more than one company in your CallRail account, you will also have an “Agency time zone.” This time zone will be determined by the oldest active company on the account. CallRail will use the agency time zone whenever you're viewing data for more than 1 company. If you're looking at a single company, CallRail will use that company's time zone instead.
CallRail’s Lead Center will show call times in the browser time zone, which is typically the time zone where the user is located.
