How do I port a phone number into CallRail?

If you own a phone number, you can port it into CallRail to be used as a tracking number.

  1. Create a port request in your company's Settings page.
  2. Use the CSV template to upload the phone number information, as well as your most recent phone invoice and letter of authorization.
  3. Once submitted, ports typically take 4 to 6 weeks to process. You can follow along in-app in your company's Porting in page.
