VWO integration

Important

Currently, our VWO integration is not compatible with accounts that are using the VWO Data360 product.

VWO allows you to create and A/B test different versions of your website to see which variation performs best. CallRail’s integration with VWO shows which variation is bringing more calls and text messages to your business so you can determine which variation converts best.

Getting started

CallRail's integration with VWO requires visitor tracking with your company's JavaScript snippet installed on your website. You'll also need VWO's enterprise plan in order to use CallRail's integration for your VWO account. You will need to have Admin-level permissions in order to authorize this integration.

Integrating with VWO

CallRail’s integration with VWO is company-dependent in your account. Follow the instructions below for each company you’d like to integrate with VWO.

  1. Click the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.

  2. Choose the company you’d like to integrate with VWO.

  3. Click Integrations at the top of the page.

  4. Choose VWO from the list of integrations.

  5. Enter the email address you use to log into your VWO account, as well as your VWO account ID. Here’s where you can find your VWO account ID.

  6. Click Activate. This allows us to email VWO on your behalf to request that your VWO account is set up to receive CallRail data.

  7. Once VWO has granted access to your account, select Authorize to activate your integration.

Viewing call and text message data in VWO

Disabling VWO integration

Disabling a company's integration with VWO prevents your VWO data from appearing in CallRail. We'll keep your VWO credentials saved in case you'd like to reactivate your integration in the future.

  1. Click the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.

  2. Choose the company where you'd like to disable the integration.

  3. Click Integrations at the top of the page.

  4. Choose VWO from the list of integrations.

  5. Select Disable Integration on the right side of the page.
