Optimizely X integration

Optimizely X helps you improve your user experience by analyzing how customers interact with different test variations of your website. Using CallRail's integration with Optimizely X, you can see phone calls and text messages to your visitor tracking numbers as offline conversions and track them as part of the results for an experiment.

Getting started

To use CallRail’s integration with Optimizely X, you’ll need:

  1. Visitor tracking and your JavaScript snippet installed on your website.
  2. Your Optimizely X API token and a project name.
