Unbounce is changing the way their OAuth token works for apps like CallRail that integrate with Unbounce. This change will require some customers to take steps within CallRail to update the integration to ensure it continues to function as expected.
What action is required?
If you are using the Unbounce integration, the update is straightforward. Due to the nature of the Unbounce OAuth update, you will need to disable and re-activate the Unbounce integration within CallRail before 9/12/2022.
If your account is affected by this change, you should receive email communication from CallRail explaining the next steps laid out in this guide.
