Unbounce OAuth Update

Unbounce is changing the way their OAuth token works for apps like CallRail that integrate with Unbounce. This change will require some customers to take steps within CallRail to update the integration to ensure it continues to function as expected.

What action is required?

If you are using the Unbounce integration, the update is straightforward. Due to the nature of the Unbounce OAuth update, you will need to disable and re-activate the Unbounce integration within CallRail before 9/23/2022.

If your account is affected by this change, you should receive email communication from CallRail explaining the next steps laid out in this guide.

How can I tell which companies I have integrated with Unbounce?

  1. Click the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.

  2. Click Integrations at the top of the page.

  3. Click Manage in the left menu.

  4. Click on the All Integrations filter at the top of the page. Select Unbounce.

  5. Click the Gear icon next to the company you'd like to edit.
