Annual Plans

CallRail now offers annual plans for Call Tracking, Form Tracking, and Conversation Intelligence. In this article, you’ll learn how to switch from monthly billing to annual billing.

Lead Center plans are only available as a monthly plan at this time. If you have a Call Tracking and Lead Center plan and wish to pay annually, your Lead Center plan will still be billed monthly.

Annual Billing is not available for international plans at this time.

Getting Started

Any administrator on your account can upgrade, downgrade, and subscribe to add-ons for your CallRail pricing plan. For our current pricing and product bundles, visit our Pricing page.  

Important

Annual plans are nonrefundable. Once you switch to an annual plan, you will not be able to change to a monthly plan, or cancel your plan until the annual billing period is over. Any additional usage beyond what is included in the your base plan will continue to be billed monthly.

Viewing Your Current Plan

If you're an administrator on your CallRail account, use these instructions to see which plan your account is currently using.

  1. Click the Account icon in the top left to open the My Account panel, then click Account Settings.

  2. Choose Billing from the Manage header on the left.

  3. View the plan(s) and add-ons you're currently subscribed to for this account.

Changing Your Call Tracking, Form Tracking, or Conversation Intelligence Plan to Annual Billing

Use these instructions to change your monthly plan to an annual pricing plan.

  1. Click the Account icon in the top left to open the My Account panel, then click Account Settings.

  2. Choose Billing from the Manage header on the left.

  3. Click the Manage Plan button above the plan and payments selections section.



  4. Choose the annual plan you'd like to use in the drop-down. If you're upgrading your plan, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the new plan you pick on your next invoice.



  5. Click Add-Ons at the bottom of the page when you're ready to see add-ons.

  6. Choose any add-ons you'd like to use or remove. If you're upgrading your plan, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the new plan you pick on your next invoice.

    Please note: add-ons will continue to be billed monthly.

  7. Click Review at the bottom of the page when you're ready to change your plan.

  8. Review your changes on the final screen. The new options you've picked will be immediately available to you once you save your changes. Click Confirm Plan Changes when you are done.

Updating Add-Ons

Each add-on we offer is available for your Call Tracking plan. Available add-ons include premium integrations, Agency Tools, and Advanced Call Flows. Use these instructions to add or remove an add-on from your Call Tracking plan.

  2. Choose Billing from the Manage header on the left.

  3. Click the Manage Plan button above the plan and payments selections section. Then make your desired plan changes on the next screen.

  4. Click Add-Ons at the bottom of that page when you're ready.

  5. Select the add-ons you'd like to use or remove. If you're upgrading your plan, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the new plan you pick on your next invoice.

  6. Click Review at the bottom of the page when you're ready to save your changes.

  7. Review your changes on the final screen. The new options you've picked will be immediately available to you once you save your changes. Click Confirm Plan Changes when you're done.
