Below is a breakdown of CallRail’s feature packages available for purchase. Each package is available at several pricing tiers, each with a predetermined number of included minutes/messages/API calls. For more details on each feature, follow the link to the corresponding article.

Call Tracking Intelligence

CallRail’s base feature package. This includes everything you need to create your first CallRail tracking number and start gathering call attribution data.

Premium Conversation Intelligence

This plan includes everything in Call Tracking Intelligence, plus extra insight and analysis tools for lead conversion, call sentiment, and internal coaching.

  • Call summaries: AI-generated summary of the call based on the provided transcript.
  • The ability to export transcripts via the call log or API
  • Self-reported attribution: automatically review your call for any time a lead identifies what sent them to your business.
  • CallRail Labs: Beta access to new, in-development features.
  • Conversion signals: use CallRail's generated transcripts and artificial intelligence to determine if an action occurs during calls, texts, and forms that results in a lead converting
  • Convert Assist: lower response times and improve lead-to-sale conversion. With Convert Assist, users get next steps, follow-up messaging, and coaching on every lead with a recorded call in CallRail.

Features included in Premium Conversation intelligence will be billed as "analysis minutes."

Form Tracking

CallRail’s form tracking product helps you stay organized and on top of every form submitted to your website. Each time a customer fills out a form, we’ll capture its contents and instantly alert you by phone, text, or email so you can increase your lead conversion rate. 

Voice Assist

CallRail’s Voice Assist feature is an artificial intelligence-powered speech-to-speech answering service. When someone calls your CallRail number and no one answers, Voice Assist can answer the call and collect information about the caller and their needs. When set up in a call flow, you can have Voice Assist answer the phone after hours or act as a redirect service to route calls based on customer need.
