Freeing a number to replace it with another number
I only subscribe to 5 numbers in my Call Rail account, which are currently in use for one of my accounts. Can I free up any of these numbers to add another account?

I'm happy to provide some clarity! Although your plan may only include 5 numbers, additional tracking numbers can be created as needed. Each additional tracking number added to your account, outside of the included amount in your plan, will appear on your invoice under additional usage per the amount outlined within your plan. This information can be found by visiting your account billing page and viewing your current plan. The steps HERE will guide you to the billing page.
If you prefer to stay within the alotted amount of numbers included in your plan, you can either transfer current tracking numbers between companies following the steps HERE(numbers can also be transferred between separate accounts by contacting our support team), or you can disable current tracking numbers that you do not need, and create new numbers as needed within another company in your account. Please keep in mind that if you've deactivated a number, you'll see it for a final time on your upcoming invoice. After that, the number(s) you deactivated won't appear on future invoices.
