Download CallRail's mobile app to stay connected to your call activity, wherever you may be. Our app is available for your iPhone or Android device on both Apple's App Store and Google Play Store. Please Note: The mobile app is currently only available to users in the United States and Canada.
There's no cost to download the app, and you'll have access to the following features from your CallRail account:
- Quick access to important metrics like unanswered calls, attribution sources, and recent account activity.
- Your call log, including caller details, as well as the options to add a tag or a note to a call.
- All of your call recordings and the opportunity to mark calls as leads.
- Transcripts and call summaries (if using Conversation intelligence)
- Outbound calling through your tracking numbers, where the recipient sees the tracking number on the caller ID, not your cell phone number.
- Send and receive text messages from any of your companies or tracking numbers.
- Switch accessible accounts via the account center
- Creating notifications, including push notifications to your device.
Getting started
Download CallRail’s app using one of the links below for your device:
Login and navigation
Once you've downloaded the app, you can log in with the same username and password you use to access CallRail via desktop. You will also have the option to log in with your linked Google account or Apple account (if you are on an iPhone).
When you log into the app, you will first be directed to the home screen, which displays recent account activity and metrics. If you are an Account Center user, you can tap on your company name to change which company’s metrics you wish to view.
There are four icons at the bottom of your screen, each of which leads to a specific place within the app:
- The Calls icon takes you to your call log and an outbound dialer.
- The Messages icon lets you send and receive text messages using the mobile app.
- The Forms icon, which takes you to a list of your most recent form submissions
- The Settings icon allows you to switch accounts, update your notifications, or sign out of the app.
Interacting with Calls
Tap any of your calls within your call log to view the call’s data. From here you can see the source, tracking number, duration, as well as listen to the call’s recording. If you are using CallRail’s Premium Conversation Intelligence features, you can also see a call summary and transcript on this screen.
At the bottom of your screen you can also take the following actions:
- Tag the call
- Attach a value to the call
- Leave internal notes
- Qualify the call as a lead
