CallRail's mobile app for iPhone and Android can be used to both make and return calls from any of your tracking numbers. Calls made from the mobile app can be recorded and viewed in your call log on both the app and website.

Getting started
First, download CallRail’s app using one of the links below for your device:
Forms in the CallRail mobile app
You can access your form submissions using the Forms button at the bottom of the screen. The next page will show all form submissions, sorted by the most recent.
Tapping a submission will open the form’s details. This will tell you which connected source the form was submitted from, as well as the form’s URL and landing page.
The lead’s contact information is at the top of the form. If you want to contact them immediately, you can tap the submitted information to email, call, or text them.
At the bottom of the form are buttons you can use to:
- Tag the form
- Attach a value to the form
- Leave internal notes
- Qualify the form submission as a lead
FAQs
Can I view all my existing forms?
At this time, you cannot view or edit your forms in the mobile app. To do so, you will need to use the web application.
