CallRail mobile app notifications

With CallRail's mobile app for iPhone and Android, you can configure a range of notifications, including push notifications for calls and text messages to any of your companies or tracking numbers. These notifications will appear on your mobile device's home screen, keeping you up-to-date with all your call activity.

Getting started

Download CallRail’s app using one of the links below for your device:

Creating push notifications

  1. Log into CallRail’s mobile app and tap the Settings icon at the bottom of the app.
  2. Select Notifications.
  3. Turn the toggle on to Allow Notifications.
  4. After you turn on notifications, you can select which types of interactions you want to be notified about. Your notification options include:
    1. missed calls
    2. voicemails
    3. text messages from a new customer
    4. text messages for an active conversation
    5. company 
    6. tracking number
    7. interaction type
    8. tags
