CallRail mobile app settings

The settings menu in CallRail's mobile app for iPhone and Android allows you to:

  • Switch between multiple accounts in your Account Center
  • Access all of CallRail's support documents
  • Sign out of your account

Getting started

Download CallRail’s app using one of the links below for your device:

Your app settings

Tap the Settings icon at the bottom of the screen to access CallRail's settings page. From here you can:

  • View support documentation, privacy policies, and terms of use
  • log in or out of CallRail
  • Toggle push notifications (review this article for more details on mobile notifications)
  • Change which company you are viewing (this can also be edited from the account Home page)

Account Center

If you are using Account Center, you're able to switch accounts in the mobile app as well.

Please note: You will need to connect your accounts on CallRail's desktop version befcore they are available in the app. If you have not done this yet, please view this support article.

  1. Select Settings at the bottom of the app.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Choose the account you'd like to switch to.
