Vibe.co CTV integration

Vibe.co is a connected television (CTV) advertising platform that helps businesses run advertisements on streaming channels. By connecting their Vibe.co account to CallRail, users can assign website pools to streaming television ads. Then, once a lead contacts your business, you can attribute those calls using IP-based matching, giving you complete visibility into which campaigns drive the most valuable phone leads for your business.

Before you begin

The Vibe.co integration requires you to have created a website pool. Use the steps in this Help Center article to create a pool before continuing.

Set up the Vibe.co integration

  1. In your Vibe.co account:
    1. Go to Marketplace → CallRail.
    2. Click Start Integration.
    3. Choose the relevant advertiser you want to connect to CallRail.
    4. Copy the S2S Conversion link.
  2. In CallRail:
    1. Go to your account's Integrations page, then select Webhooks.
    2. Under the Call Routing Complete subsection, paste your Vibe.co S2S Conversion link in the empty text box. If there is already a URL in the box, use the Add Another URL button to create a new text box.
    3. Scroll down the Webhooks page and select Advanced Settings
    4. Toggle the Include IP Address checkbox on. This setting is required by Vibe.co.
    5. Select Update to save your changes.

How CallRail sends data to Vibe.co

When someone visits your website (showing a CallRail tracking number from your Website Pool) and later calls that number, CallRail will send their IP address in the webhook. Then, Vibe.co uses that IP to attribute the call to a past CTV or digital ad impression. Two new metrics, Calls and Cost per Call, will appear in your campaign reporting dashboard in Vibe.co. Calls will only be reported once attribution occurs.
