When you sign up for a CallRail trial, your account may be placed in a pending state while we review your application. If your account is pending, you'll see a phone verification screen immediately after signup — you won't be redirected to the CallRail app until verification is complete. This is a security measure to confirm your identity and help us process your application. It's a one-time step, and will not reappear once verified.
Please note: If your account was approved at signup and is not in a pending state, you won't see the verification screen; your experience remains unchanged.
Verify your account
- After filling out the signup form, the system detects that your account is pending and holds you on the verification screen instead of redirecting to the app.
- On the verification screen, enter a valid 10-digit US mobile number. The field auto-formats to (xxx) xxx-xxxx as you type. Then select Send Code.
- A one-time code will be sent to the number you provided. Check your messages — it typically arrives within a few seconds.
- Type the 6-digit code into the field on screen. The boxes auto-advance as you type and support paste, so you can copy directly from your messages app.
Once the correct code is entered, your account is automatically activated, and you're redirected to CallRail.
Limits and restrictions
- The verification code can only be sent 5 times. If you reach 5 failed attempts, you'll see a message directing you to call (888) 699-7322. At this point, self-service verification is no longer available, and our Support team will need to process your account manually.
Phone verification currently supports only US mobile numbers. If you have an international number, please contact Support at (888) 699-7322, and our Support team will process your account.
