CallRail no longer supports logging in via Apple. If you were previously using an Apple ID to log into CallRail, you will need to reset your login to an email address and a unique password. You will be prompted to do this once you log back in to CallRail. Once complete, you will use that email/password combo to log in going forward.
Logging in for the first time
- If an existing administrator has invited you to CallRail, you will receive an automated email with a login link. Use the provided link to access CallRail.
- Create a new password that meets CallRails’s requirements.
- Return to the CallRail login page and enter your email address and password.
- Then select Sign in.
You will then be sent to CallRail’s analytics dashboard, which is your home screen in CallRail!
Logging in if you are signed out
- Navigate to app.callrail.com
- Enter your email and password.
- Select Sign in.
You can also use Sign in with Google if you use a Google account to access CallRail.

What if I have access to multiple companies in CallRail?
If you use CallRail’s Account Center, you can select from your companies after logging in.
