Housecall Pro integration

CallRail's integration with Housecall Pro sends calls from your chosen company directly to your Housecall Pro dashboard. Seeing your caller data alongside the other tools Housecall Pro provides your home services business will give your leads greater visibility and let you see all of your customer interactions in one place.

Integrating with Housecall Pro

To integrate CallRail with your Housecall Pro account, take the following steps:

  1. Click the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.

  2. Choose the company you'd like to integrate with Housecall Pro.

  3. Click Integrations at the top of the page.

  4. Choose Housecall Pro from the list of integrations.

  5. Click Authorize on the integration's page.

  6. Log in to your Housecall Pro account.

Seeing your calls in Housecall Pro

Once you have successfully created your integration via the steps above, you’ll want to turn on desktop notifications within Housecall Pro to make sure you’re alerted whenever a call arrives on your dashboard.

Deactivating Housecall Pro integration

Deactivating a company's Housecall Pro integration will prevent your call data from reporting to your Housecall Pro account. We'll keep your integration credentials saved in case you'd like to reactivate your integration in the future.

  1. Click the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.

  2. Choose the company where you'd like to deactivate the integration.

  3. Click Integrations at the top of the page.

  4. Choose Housecall Pro from the list of integrations.

  5. Select Deactivate Integration on the right side of the page.


I’ve already integrated with Housecall Pro through Webhooks, should I change?
Only if you feel it necessary to do so — the native integration detailed in this article provides identical functionality to an integration a user has already created themselves with Webhooks. Pre-existing Housecall Pro integrations activated through the Webhooks integration will continue to function as normal.
