Filtering your search results in the Help Center

We have a wide variety of support articles available to help you market with confidence.

There are a few things to keep in mind when searching the Help Center. For instance, a search string can sometimes return a large number of results. Knowing how to narrow down these results can help you find what you are looking for in record time.

Filtering your results by category or topic

  1. Once you have typed in your search, you’ll see a box to the left where you can filter your search results.


  2. Choose whether you would like to filter by community posts, support articles, or both.

  3. A dropdown will appear, and from here, you can choose to filter your results By Category or By Topic, depending on what you chose in Step 2.
