There are a few things to keep in mind when searching the Help Center. For instance, a search string can sometimes return a large number of results. Knowing how to narrow down these results can help you find what you are looking for in record time.
Filtering your results by category or topic
- Once you have typed in your search, you’ll see a box to the left where you can filter your search results.
- Choose whether you would like to filter by community posts, support articles, or both.
- A dropdown will appear, and from here, you can choose to filter your results By Category or By Topic, depending on what you chose in Step 2.
