Lead Center administrators can group agents into teams. In this article, you'll learn how to remove a team from Lead Center.
How to remove a team
Follow the instructions below if you need to delete a team.
- Click the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.
- Choose the company where you'd like to delete a team.
- Click Workflow at the top of the page.
- Choose Teams from the Manage header on the left.
- Find the team you'd like to delete and click on the Delete icon.
Why can’t I edit the All Agents team?
The All Agents team is automatically updated when a new Lead Center Agent is added or removed. It cannot be edited manually.
