If you have a healthcare account and need help from our Support team, you can now grant temporary account access to our Support Team, so we can help you solve whatever issue you may be facing faster than ever.
How does it work?
Admins on healthcare accounts can grant temporary account access to our Support team. Temporary access expires after five days. If you need assistance after those five days, you can grant temporary access again. Any time you grant access, you have the option to revoke it.
Granting account access
Only admins can grant temporary account access. Follow these instructions to grant account access.
- Click the Account icon on the top left to open the My Account panel, then click Account settings.
- Choose Details from the Manage header.
- Under Support permissions, click Grant account access.
- Click yes, grant access.
- After granting access, you’ll see when the temporary access expires in the top right corner.
Revoking account access
Only admins can revoke temporary account access. You can revoke account access at any time.
- Click the Account icon on the top left to open the My Account panel, then click Account settings.
- Choose Details from the Manage header.
- Under Support permissions, click Revoke account access.
- Once you click yes, revoke access, access will be immediately removed.
