Because we don’t require long-term contracts, any administrator on your account is able to close your CallRail account at any time.
Close your account

When you close your account, it can be used until your billing period ends. You'll have the option to deactivate your tracking numbers immediately. If you choose this option, your phone numbers will be released, and they can't be recovered. Please be certain that you no longer need your tracking numbers if you choose this option.
If you keep your tracking numbers active through the end of your billing period, any additional usage will show on your regular monthly invoice.

If you want to keep any tracking numbers, you will need to request to have these numbers ported out. Please keep in mind that a porting request can take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. During this time, please do not deactivate your number(s) or close your account until you have confirmed that the port has completed successfully.
Once you cancel, your account will show as scheduled to close. Since your base plan is paid for until the end of your billing cycle, you'll be able to pull any historical information and/or reports before the account closes completely.
You will receive a final invoice, which will include any accrued usage for minutes, numbers, text messages, or any activity charges not paid for prior to closing the account.
If you decide to return to CallRail in the future, you can log into your account with your former username and password and enter your credit card information to reactivate your account. All of your former data will be available to you if you reactivate your account within 13 months of closing, though any tracking numbers will have been released.
Close your CallRail account
- Click the Account icon in the top left, then select Account Settings in the My Account panel.
- Choose Details from the Account header on the left.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the link that says I'd like to close this account.
- From the dropdown menu that appears, select a reason for closing the account.
- Click Confirmation to complete your account closure.
