Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. Each time you log into your account once Two-Factor Authentication is active, you'll be required to enter a code after you enter your password. This code is generated at random by a third-party authentication app or sent to you in a text message to your mobile device.
Getting started
You will need to set up Two-Factor Authentication in the CallRail web app before using it with your mobile login for either the CallRail mobile app or the Lead Center mobile app.
How to set up Two-Factor Authentication in your CallRail account.
Once Two-Factor Authentication is active, you'll enter your authenticator code each time you log in. Each user in your account is able to set up Two-Factor Authentication for their login.
If you incorrectly enter your password or authentication code five times, your login will be locked for five minutes. After five minutes, you can retry your username and password to access your account. If you incorrectly enter your password or authentication code five more times, your login will be locked for an hour. The lock only applies to your username, and won't affect account settings, other users in your account, or your call routing.
You'll receive an email from CallRail any time you activate or deactivate Two-Factor Authentication, and any time your password is updated.
