CallRail's Call Flow Builder increases the power and flexibility of your tracking numbers. You can edit any call flow from the Workflow page.
Edit a call flow
Admins and managers can edit a call flow for any company they can access.
- Select the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.
- Choose the company where you’d like to edit a call flow.
- Select Workflow at the top of the page.
- Choose the call flow you’d like to edit and select on the pencil icon to the right.
- Edit the call flow and select Save.
