Editing a call flow

CallRail's Call Flow Builder increases the power and flexibility of your tracking numbers. You can edit any call flow from the Workflow page.

Edit a call flow

Admins and managers can edit a call flow for any company they can access.

  1. Select the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.
  2. Choose the company where you’d like to edit a call flow.
  3. Select Workflow at the top of the page.
  4. Choose the call flow you’d like to edit and select on the pencil icon to the right.
  5. Edit the call flow and select Save.
