Listening to voicemails

Once your tracking numbers have received voicemails, you'll be able to review your voicemails in your Voicemail report, caller timeline, and email notifications. Once you’ve listened to a voicemail, the playback icon will change colors to indicate you’ve listened to that call previously. 

Listen to a voicemail from the call log 

  1. Select the Analytics icon on the left navigation bar.
  2. Find the call whose voicemail you'd like to listen to, and select Recording on the right-hand side of the call log.

  1. A pop-up window will appear at the bottom of your screen. You can scroll through your call log and take action on other calls while you listen to your selected voicemail.
  2. Select Minimize to listen to the voicemail in a smaller view.

Listen to a voicemail from the caller's timeline

  1. Select the Analytics icon on the left navigation bar.
  2. Find the call whose voicemail you'd like to listen to, and use the Timeline icon on the right-hand side of the call log.
  3. Find the voicemail you'd like to listen to (if the caller has multiple voicemails on their timeline) and select the Play icon.
