Once your tracking numbers have received voicemails, you'll be able to review your voicemails in your Voicemail report, caller timeline, and email notifications. Once you’ve listened to a voicemail, the playback icon will change colors to indicate you’ve listened to that call previously.
Listen to a voicemail from the call log
- Select the Analytics icon on the left navigation bar.
- Find the call whose voicemail you'd like to listen to, and select Recording on the right-hand side of the call log.
- A pop-up window will appear at the bottom of your screen. You can scroll through your call log and take action on other calls while you listen to your selected voicemail.
- Select Minimize to listen to the voicemail in a smaller view.
Listen to a voicemail from the caller's timeline
- Select the Analytics icon on the left navigation bar.
- Find the call whose voicemail you'd like to listen to, and use the Timeline icon on the right-hand side of the call log.
- Find the voicemail you'd like to listen to (if the caller has multiple voicemails on their timeline) and select the Play icon.
