There are several places where you can listen to recorded phone calls. Once you’ve listened to a call, the playback icon will change colors to indicate you’ve listened to that call previously.
Listen a recording from the call log
- Click Analytics on the left navigation bar.
- Find the call with the recording you'd like to listen to, and click Recording on the right-hand side of the call log.
- A pop-up window will appear at the bottom of your screen. You can scroll through your call log and take actions on other calls while you listen to your selected recording.
- Click Minimize to listen to the call recording in a smaller view.
Listen a recording from the caller's timeline
- Click Analytics on the left navigation bar.
- Find the call with the recording you'd like to listen to, and click the Timeline icon on the right-hand side of the call log.
- Find the recording you'd like to listen to (if the caller has multiple recordings on their timeline) and click the Play icon.
