Listening to recordings

There are several places where you can listen to recorded phone calls. Once you’ve listened to a call, the playback icon will change colors to indicate you’ve listened to that call previously. 

Listen to a recording from the call log

  1. Select Analytics on the left navigation bar, then select Activity.
  2. Find the call with the recording you'd like to listen to and select Recording on the right-hand side of the call log.

  1. A pop-up window will appear at the bottom of your screen. You can scroll through your call log and take actions on other calls while you listen to your selected recording.
  2. Select Minimize to listen to the call recording in a smaller view.

Listen to a recording from the caller's timeline

  1. Select Analytics on the left navigation bar.
  2. Find the call with the recording you'd like to listen to, and select the Timeline icon on the right-hand side of the call log.
  3. Find the recording you'd like to listen to (if the caller has multiple recordings on their timeline) and select the Play icon.
