You can choose the audio input and output devices you’d like to use for Lead Center. You can also test them from the agent status dropdown. You can configure your audio settings from the inbox or during a call.
From the inbox
- Select on the dropdown menu.
- Select Update next to Audio Settings.
- Set up your microphone and speakers as needed.
- You can also test your audio configuration from this screen.
During a call
- Select on the menu to the right of the microphone icon.
- Adjust your microphone and speakers settings as needed.
- You can also test your audio configuration from this screen.
