Viewing forms in the Lead Center mobile app

On October 7, 2025, CallRail announced the sunset of Lead Center. Beginning January 27, 2026, Lead Center will be phased out and no longer available in your CallRail account. This process will also occur with the Lead Center mobile app. Users who wish to make outbound communication with customers can either:

  1.   Use CallRail's outbound dialer and Messaging feature for communicating with customers
  2. Work with our team to migrate your outbound communication to RingCentral.

You can now view and reply to form submissions on the go and still have all the information you need to have a productive conversation with your leads and customers.

Getting started

This feature is available for both the Android and iOS versions of the mobile app.

Viewing and responding to a form submission

When a customer submits a form to your business, their contact name appears in your Incoming inbox.

  1. When you open the Lead Center mobile app, choose the account and company you'd like to use. If you only have one account or company, it will be the only option in the menu, but you'll have to select it.
  2. Select Incoming at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on the form submission to open it and tap Respond to reply.
  4. From here, you can call or text the customer. After one hour has passed without any activity in the conversation, the interaction will move to the Recent section of the app.
