On October 7, 2025, CallRail announced the sunset of Lead Center. Beginning January 27, 2026, Lead Center will be phased out and no longer available in your CallRail account. This process will also occur with the Lead Center mobile app. Users who wish to make outbound communication with customers can either:
- Use CallRail's outbound dialer and Messaging feature for communicating with customers
- Work with our team to migrate your outbound communication to RingCentral.

In this article, you'll learn how to place and answer calls to your tracking numbers using the Lead Center mobile app.
Please note: the Lead Center mobile app is only available in the United States and Canada.
Answering calls
Once logged in to the mobile app, Lead Center calls can be answered from anywhere on your mobile device; you do not have to be in the mobile app to answer them. Incoming calls will appear in a badge at the top of your screen, or on your lock screen.
Placing outbound calls from the dialer
- To place an outbound call or start a new text conversation, select the plus (+) icon in the bottom right corner of the inbox.
- Enter the phone number you would like to call and select the tracking number you would like to use as your caller ID (from the perspective of the person you are calling, it will look like you are calling from this number).
- Tap the check box under the tracking number to record the call.
- Tap the Place Call button.
FAQs
Can I change the ring tone for Lead Center calls on my phone?
No. Lead Center calls will use the same ring tone that is set for all other incoming calls.
